No one likes waiting, and you should not have to wait until 4pm to see a chiropractor, when you schedule an appointment at 3pm. In my opinion this is not acceptable. Yes there are exceptions here and there, but you should be told before or have the ability to reschedule if they can not fit you in during the time wanted if those come up.
